I have owned these for years. Love this thing, there is nothing else like it. It can hang on the drawer or even on those hanging file metal dividers. Sits above the drawers contents below as this thing expands and has a lip on each side. Kind of slides from the front and back of your drawer so long as you have a deep enough drawer to handle it this way. Also used it in shallow drawers as it expands to fill the drawer area. Tape dispensor only works if you are using it to "span the top" of a deeper drawer though.
