I have two of these in my office and I'm really surprised by how well they work. Everything I put on the board sticks, no tacks needed. You can also pull items on and off easily (no tearing). It seems like it's JUST sticky enough to make things stay, but not TOO sticky to make it hard to remove. Things can be stuck to the board over and over again. I've had mine 2 years, and it still works perfect after lots of putting on and taking off. The ONLY time I have had things fall off is if they are printed on a heavy weight paper and then only when it's very humid out.
