I bought these equestrian-styled boots in place of rubber or fabric boots for walking in snow, and they have been fantastic. The heel gives some style and traction, but is low enough to be very comfortable. The fleece/felt lining inside makes it warm enough for outside, but not so hot that you can't wear it inside. Since the leather is waterproof, it is less supple than average, but the leather itself seems high quality and I think it is a little stiff because it is waterproofed. Overall, it is a very comfortable boot, and it being waterproof makes it very useful!
I have thin calves, and can wear it with or without my jeans tucked in. The downside is that it will not fit someone with larger calves. The traction is average. Because the leather is on the stiff side, it wrinkles a little in the ankles, but it doesn't affect the overall style of the boot. I've gotten a lot of compliments, and my feet have stayed warm and dry.Get more detail about La Canadienne Women's Passion Boot.
