I just ordered my second pair of these shoes...the first ones lasted 3 years with LOTS of wear. They are great outdoor shoes with excellent arch support and padded comfort. I ordered both pairs in the next larger size (since half sizes are not available). With the second pair, this left a bit more room in the shoe than I prefer, but the smaller size would not have worked. Since I wear these as outdoor hiking/ walking shoes, thick socks solve the problem of extra "roominess". The fact that these are water resistant makes them great for hiking or walking in damp grass.
