I was looking for basic black boots that would be good for walking through the snow. I normally wear size 9.5-10. These in a size 10 fit just right with thin socks. They keep my feet dry and warm enough in snowy conditions and seem to have pretty good traction. The only issue is the side zippers which I like having but they tend to get stuck.
