I ordered this boot for a trip to NY. I have extremely high arches and plantar fascitis and Rockports have been the best comfortable boot I've had yet. I wanted a boot to wear under my pants, and although this boot is absolutely beautiful with the suede/leather combo and buckle embelishment...the shaft is too tall and sticks out from under my jeans. It's look cute with a dress or skirt, or maybe skinny jeans. I did enjoy the sherpa lining on the inside and it truly was a beautiful boot.
